Prizes
Trophy and £15 voucher for 1st place and your army will be written into the background of the event,
Trophy and £10 voucher for 2nd place
Trophy and £5 voucher for 3rd place
Best Army
£10 voucher and your army will become one of the protagonists in the next event
Tickets
I will update this page with places as they are filled.
Booking will open on (to be confirmed)
Tickets will cost £10 per player if booked at least 1 month in advance
Then £12 per player up to a week before the event
Finally £15 per player up to and on the Day
If we are full you can place your names on a reserved list and the appropriate ticket cost will apply (As in the price of tickets when you put your name down)
Refunds
Cancellations up to a month before the event = £5 per team fee
(Unless we can fill your space then we will take a £2 admin fee)
Cancellation up to 1 week before = £12 per team fee
(Unless we can fill your space then we will take a £2 admin fee)
Cancellations week of the event = No refund
(Unless we can fill your space then we will take a £2 admin fee)
All refunds will be paid out the week after the event.
